You do not need to suffer from anxiety, depression or a mental health issue to suicide.

Construction workers who suicide are more likely to have consumed alcohol and are more likely to be experiencing a relationship breakdown or financial pressure.

Do you recognise these warning signs?

It's okay to seek help. Suicide is not the answer.
