Dental Health (Adults)

at Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre

We provide routine dental treatment and hygiene at no cost, for eligible adults who hold one or more of the following:

  • Pensioner Concession Card (issued by the Department of Veteran's Affairs or Centrelink)
  • Health Care Card
  • Commonwealth Seniors Health Card
  • Queensland Seniors Card.

Making an appointment

To access an appointment for routine dental treatment, simply call our Oral Health Hub:

1300 300 850 Cost of a local call. Calls from mobile phones may be charged at a higher rate. Please check with your telephone service provider.

The Oral Health Hub is open Monday to Friday between the following hours:

  • Monday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm
  • Tuesday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm
  • Wednesday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm
  • Thursday 7.30 am - 3.00 pm
  • Friday 7.30 am - 4.00 pm

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You should bring to all appointments:

  • your current concession cards
  • photo identification
  • details of any medication you are taking.


Your treatment will be explained to you by your dental clinician so that you understand before anything is done. If you have any questions, please ask your clinician.

Ongoing oral health care

When your initial treatment is complete, you can ask for your name to be placed on a waiting list for ongoing care.

If you require emergency or urgent care you can telephone the Metro South Health Oral Health Hub to arrange an appointment.


We can provide an interpreter for you at no charge. Please let our staff know when arranging your appointment.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander liaison

We can provide an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander liaison officer for you at no charge.  Please let our staff know when arranging your appointment.

If you are deaf, or have a hearing impairment or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service on 133 677.

Special needs

If you have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service on 133 677.

If you have mobility or any other special needs, please relay this information to our friendly staff when making your appointment. This will enable you to be seen at a facility that best meets your needs.
