Why has my ERM form not been received by the Metro South Research Compliance team?

First double-check you are using one of the preferred web browsers to ensure you are accessing the full functionality – either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge should be used.

Second, ensure you have selected the ‘Submit’ tile in the actions on the left of your screen in ERM. You must manually select the Submit tile as your last step on the form for your application to come across to us.

If you have performed this successfully, a submission acknowledgement page will display and your form status in ERM will change to ‘Submitted’.
