Has your Mental Health affected your everyday life?

Why not join a free workshop at the Logan Central Library to connect with others and learn more about mental health, addictions, wellbeing, and recovery?

The Brisbane South Recovery College co-facilitate monthly courses that aim to provide you with skills to reflect on personal choices, provide hope, build resilience, and feel supported and included.

The courses have been designed by clinicians and people with living or lived experience of mental health or addiction issues and are open to adults aged 18 years and over who either;
•    have an experience of mental health and/or addiction issues
•    are carers, family, or friends of someone with a mental health and/or addiction issues
•    staff, students and volunteers within a mental health or addiction service.

The first course, Anxiety/Dealing with Difficult Emotions, is scheduled for Wednesday 3 August 2022.
