Health alert: Novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Alfred all over Redland digital move

19 July 2018

Redland Hospital’s recent Digital Hospital transformation has provided crucial insight to visitors from The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne before their own Go-Live in October this year.

Project Manager Billy Wickham said programs were already being used in some capacity but that merging over to the full system involved quite complex change processes and work flows which would be the challenge for staff during Go-Live.

“Our Digital Hospital super-users have been identified across the hospital and training for our staff will commence 10 weeks out from Go-Live,” he said.

The knowledge sharing tour of Redland Go-Live was hosted by Clinical Delivery Director Noelene Herbert who said The Alfred provided valuable assistance during SAA Go-Live at the PA Hospital.
