Telephony services scheduled upgrade

Due to the rollout of the National Broadband Network (NBN) the telephony services in Metro South Health are being upgraded. This upgrade will be staged across locations, resulting in a temporary disconnection of inbound telephone calls during select times. The upgrade times have been scheduled to minimise inconvenience.

Princess Alexandra Hospital

You will be unable to make an inbound call to the Princess Alexandra Hospital facility during these times.

  • Wednesday 17 August from 2.30am - 5.30am and
  • Wednesday 17 August from 10.15pm - Thursday 18 August 4.00am

During the upgrades, temporary mobile numbers will be answered by the Princess Alexandra Hospital switchboard to receive any urgent calls from Emergency Services.

Outbound and internal calls will not be impacted. Thank you for your understanding.
