Persistent Pain Service has a new name - Pain Rehabilitation Centre

The Persistent Pain service have had a name change and the service will know be known as the Pain Rehabilitation Centre.  MSH Refer Your Patient Website and the Referral Service Directory have been updated to reflect this change.   

Minimum referral criteria and Essential Referral Information remains the same and can be found on the MSH Refer Your Patient webpage
