Nursing division knows how to celebrate

The soothing scent of lavender filled the auditorium as dimmed lights set the mood for Logan's International Nurses Day celebrations.
 
Staff enjoyed well-deserved massages, yoga classes and treats from food trucks ahead of the afternoon's awards ceremony.
 
AIN Gina Ramold-Dent received a standing ovation for sharing her passionate and moving journey into her 'dream career', a snippet of which was shared on the Logan Facebook page
 
NUM of Transit Care Hub Shelly Smalley was awarded Nurse Leader of the Year, with Ward 7A recognised as Nursing team of the Year.
 
Associate Nurse Manager Perioperative Service, Luke Anthony was announced as Logan's Nurse of the Year. 
 
In Beaudesert, Pauline Glover was crowned Beaudesert Nurse of the Year.
