Happy 1st birthday Gundu Pa

The new Wynnum-Manly Community Health Centre, Gundu Pa is celebrating the first anniversary of a new era in health care for the Wynnum community.

The state-of-the-art health centre and its growing provision of specialist health services opened on 24 October 2017 and has made a huge difference to the people of Wynnum.

Specialist Outpatient Clinics commenced with a physiotherapy clinic from October 2017 and 13 additional specialities commenced over the past 11 months delivering 5,079 outpatient occasions of service in the state of the art facilities.

Physiotherapist Michael Harris said it was wonderful to have such great attendance to the physio clinic which provided services to clients across the Wynnum area and as far away as Redland.

Other services offered at Gundu Pa include Oral Health (Dental Clinic), BreastScreen Queensland, Addiction and Mental Health, Allied Health, Child Development Services and Chronic Disease Services.
