GP Smart Referrals - Attachments

3 May 2023

A key feature of GP Smart referrals is the ability to attach documents to a patient’s referral.

The system can accept large files (There is a 5 MB per file attachment limit up to total of 25MB), and a variety of file types (e.g., images, PDF, word documents), either from the clinical software or from the computer and sent with the patient’s referral.

For assistance, please call the GPLO Liaison team on 1300 364 155 - Option 2, during office hours.

Alternatively you can access Queensland Health, Smart Referral resources – Attaching information to the request
