What is the Recovery College?

Has your mental health affected your everyday life? Come along and learn more about mental health, addictions, wellbeing and recovery. The college is a learning space that will provide you with skills to reflect on personal choices, provide hope, build resilience, provide opportunities to connect with others and feel supported and included.  

The Recovery College aims to bring people together to share experiences, passions and talents in a flexible learning environment.  

The Recovery College involves learning information, sharing of knowledge, sharing of skills and experience by everyone in the classroom. The courses will be interactive, and your participation will add to the learning experience for other students.

The Recovery College provides students with resources to enable the best opportunity to participate and learn. These extend from educational classroom resources to resources you can access from home. Some of these resources are listed below and others will be provided to you within your course.
