Promoting Professional Accountability is an evidenced based programme that provides our service with a sustainable, organisation-wide framework and training to achieve the highest levels of safety and reliability. The programme recognises the importance of all staff contributing to achieving the highest standards of safety and reliability. The actions of all staff play an important role in ensuring that no one person can adversely impact on achieving an optimum culture of safety and reliability.
