Emergency

Working in a Metro South Health Emergency Department (ED), graduates will be exposed to patients across the whole life span.

In the ED, we use many different models of care, cover a vast range of specialities and use a variety of procedures to diagnose and treat patients. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of other medical professionals in the multi-disciplinary team which helps build your skills even further.

Our graduates will become the next generation of emergency nurses and we value the experience that each graduate brings to the team. They are an integral part of the team, and we do all we can to provide a supportive environment for their professional development.

If you want to join our team to begin your journey to becoming a confident and skilled registered nurse, preference an emergency department graduate program at Metro South Health.
