Beaudesert Hospital is a modern rural health care facility located in Queensland’s Scenic Rim region.
The hospital has a rich history, having provided quality health care services to the local community for 120 years.
Beaudesert specialises in a range of services including general medicine and surgery, birthing services, antenatal and postnatal care, palliative care, mental health and oral health and also operates a 24-hour emergency department.
Over 14,000 people present to the Beaudesert emergency department every year, with 3000 patients admitted to the Hospital each year.
The hospital conducts more than 12,000 outpatient appointments and since birthing services were reinstated in 2014, more than 1600 babies have been born at the hospital.
The hospital also provides support to the Palen Creek Correctional Facility.

Logan Hospital is located in Meadowbrook, Logan City, between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing regions in the state.
We have grown from a 48-bed community hospital in 1990 to a 436-bed hospital today, and now undergoing one of Queensland’s largest hospital expansions.
Logan provides acute medical, surgical, rehabilitation, maternity, cardiology, orthopaedics, renal and other specialty services for children and adults.
Logan Hospital operates the second busiest emergency department in Queensland, with more than 93,000 presentations each year.
Over 90,000 patients are admitted to Logan Hospital for care each year, with 220,000 outpatient appointments carried out and 3,600 babies born.
As a teaching hospital, Logan Hospital helps to train future health care professionals and participates in research through strong partnerships with Queensland’s leading tertiary institutions.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital is located in Woolloongabba on the south side of Brisbane.
The PA is a tertiary health care centre, providing care in all major adult specialties, with the exception of obstetrics.
We provide acute medical, surgical, mental health, cancer, rehabilitation and allied health services.
The hospital is also one of Australia’s leading academic and research health centres, nationally recognised for expertise in trauma management.
We are a major transplantation centre for livers, kidneys, bone, cartilage, and corneas.
A number of state-wide services are based at the PA, including the Acquired Brain Injury Outreach Service, the Queensland Spinal Cord Injury Service and the Queensland Eye and Bone Banks.
Over 110,000 patients are admitted to the PA each year, with more than 60,000 ED presentation, half a million outpatients appointments and 20,000 surgeries.
Nursing excellence at the PA is internationally recognised, as a Magnet organisation since 2004, and certified by Planetree in person-centred care.

The Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital is located in Coopers Plains on the south side of Brisbane.
QEII is a medium-sized metropolitan facility providing adult patient care with 181 inpatient beds, and is supported by local Community Health Centres at Eight Mile Plains, Mount Gravatt, Corinda and Inala.
QEII specialties include general medicine, surgical, cardiology, geriatric medicine, intensive and coronary care.
The endoscopy unit is Australia’s most advanced diagnostic facility and features two dedicated blue-glass procedure rooms with the capacity to see more than 5,000 patients a year.
Over 55,000 people present to the QEII emergency department every year, while 30,000 patients are admitted to the Hospital each year.
The hospital conducts more than 150,000 outpatient appointments and also performs over 7000 elective surgeries annually.

Redland Hospital is located in Cleveland, Redland City in Queensland’s south east.
Redland Hospital is the only public hospital and major health centre for Redland City and Brisbane’s southern bayside suburbs.
The hospital operates 172 overnight beds and treatment spaces including general medicine and surgery, cardiology, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, renal dialysis and paediatrics.
Redland Hospital is co-located with the 60-bed Mater Private Hospital Redland, the Redland Health Service Centre and Redland Residential Care.
Over 54,000 people present to the Redland emergency department every year, while 30,000 patients are admitted to the Hospital each year.
The hospital conducts more than 100,000 outpatient appointments and more than 1700 babies are born at Redland annually.
