The PAVE the Way Workforce Engagement Strategy focuses on developing and sustaining a strong, positive workforce culture to ensure Metro South Health has the capablity, culture and commitment required to be leaders in health service delivery.
Developing a culture where the workforce feels valued and heard not only creates happy, engaged staff but translates to strong working relationships and positive patient outcomes.
Culture Champions have been recruited across the organisation to facilitate two way discussions. Any information and feedback taken from these dicussions will inform the key priorities of PAVE.
To improve staff engagement by allowing staff at the frontlines a direct communication channel to PAVE and key executives.
