We're building new facilities as part of our Redland Hospital Expansion, so work is ongoing around the hospital. Make sure you look out for the signs and follow directions.

Arriving at hospital

How to get here

Watch our video to help you get to Redland Hospital, and find your way around when you're here.

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for Redland City and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. The hospital provides quality healthcare services in a number of specialties, including maternity and birthing and a children's ward, alongside vital emergency, medical and surgical services. Whatever the reason for your visit, we want to make sure that you find your destination.

The hospital is located on Weippin Street in Cleveland. There are several entrances to the hospital, all off Weippin Street. This is the main entrance to the hospital. The emergency department has its own entrance, which is to the left of the main entrance. There is another entrance to the right of the main entrance.

If you're getting dropped off, there is a drop off zone for cars and taxis outside the hospital. Free on site car parking is available at the front of the hospital. You can also park on the street. If you are catching the bus, Redland Hospital is serviced by Route 272, which runs from Victoria Point to Cleveland Town Centre via Redland Hospital and Cleveland Station.

The closest bus stop is on Weippin Street, at the front of the hospital. If you are catching the train, the nearest train station is Cleveland, which is on the Cleveland line. Cleveland Train Station is approximately three kilometres from the hospital. The Route 272 bus stops at the train station and travels to Redland Hospital.

You can plan your public transport journey on the TransLink website. Once you're at the hospital, finding your way is easy. Inside the main entrance you'll find the reception area. Here you'll be greeted by reception staff and hospital volunteers who will help you find your way. There are directional signs throughout the hospital.

We hope you can find your way easily at Redland Hospital. If you still need help, our volunteers and staff will be happy to assist you at every step of the way.
