We aren’t an emergency department and can only treat you if you have a minor illness or injury that isn’t life-threatening. In an emergency always call Triple Zero (000) and ask for an ambulance. If you're not sure, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) and speak to a registered nurse.

Nurse-led walk-in clinics

We can treat you at one of our walk-in clinics if you're unwell, need health advice or have a minor injury. We see adults and children over 2.

You don't need a Medicare card or an appointment.

Our nurses can help with things like:

  • fevers, coughs and colds
  • infections and rashes
  • vomiting or diarrhoea
  • strains and sprains
  • minor cuts, burns and head injuries
  • women's health, including emergency contraception
  • support and referrals for women experiencing domestic, family or sexual violence.

Our nurses can do tests and prescribe medicines like antibiotics if you need them.

If we think you need more specialist care we'll refer you to another service.
