At Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services (MSAMHS) we care about your experience of our service. We have rolled out “Audit Angel” devices that allow you to take part in a survey and provide anonymous feedback about your experience with MSAMHS.
Our service is committed to delivering better outcomes for consumers, their families and the community. By taking part in the Audit Angel Consumer Survey, your feedback will be considered at the highest levels of management and we will translate the results into real improvements in the services we offer.
At your next appointment ask when the Audit Angel Consumer Survey is being undertaken at your clinic.
