We take your privacy seriously. It is important to note that there will be no record of your complaint attached to the consumer’s medical chart. All feedback is treated with utmost confidentiality. All complaints will be investigated and all compliments and suggestions will be forwarded to relevant staff and their supervisors. Video and audio recordings will be shared with the relevant service/department.
