Steps to Wellbeing Challenge

Steps to Wellbeing is a 21-day challenge that encourages participants to improve their wellbeing. 


What's involved?

  • Form a team of three to 20 people and log your movement via the 10000 Steps website.
  • Choose to participate in the 'In it to Win it' or 'Move & Improve' challenge.
  • Track your movement via your personal smart watch, pedometer or phone app.

Who can join the challenge?

  • Anyone working in the Metro South area.
  • Consumers of participating service - join a team with staff members from a service you attend.
  • Friends, families and household members of participating staff members. 

Prizes

  • All participants have the chance to win a Nutribullet mega pack.
