QEII Dental Clinic tour

People with intellectual or developmental disabilities, families and friends are invited for a fun tour of the QEII Oral Health Clinic.

Executive Director of Community and Oral Health Services, Dr Helen Boocock explains "Our clinic is wheelchair accessible and we have a dental chair for people who use powerchairs. We also offer quiet waiting rooms, anxiety desensitisation, bariatric care for larger patients, general anaesthetic services, and free interpreters - including Auslan interpreters”

“We are really proud of the improvements we’ve made for people with disability. We’d love people to come and see what we can offer”, Dr Boocock said.

When:     Tuesday 3rd December (11:00 am – 12:30 pm)
Where:    Level 3, QEII Hospital, Kessels Road, Coopers Plains

The QEII Oral Health Clinic can provide free services for adults who meet the eligibility criteria.

Come and meet the friendly team, learn how to care for your teeth and get a selfie in the dental chair.
