Metro South Health staff are invited to attend a special session that will explore the basic principles of person-centred care, and the future plans for Princess Alexandra Hospital and Metro South Health.

#hellomynameis is a campaign created by Dr Kate Granger, a registrar in aged care, who became terminally ill with cancer. Dr Granger pledged to make a difference to healthcare delivery and highlight the importance of staff introductions. Through social media this program has benefited millions of patients globally.

After Kate’s death in 2016, Kate’s husband, Chris is keeping the campaign alive through conference talks across the world, book writing, presenting awards and social media. Find him on twitter @PointonChris. Visit: https://hellomynameis.org.uk for more information.
