Welcome to the 4th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australian Deprescribing Network, to be held Monday 4 December at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane.

This year’s theme, Deprescribing in the Digital Era, will focus on deprescribing in the digital era of electronic medical records, e-prescribing, e-consultations, smart phone apps, and social media.

The day-long program will showcase advances in deprescribing and feature invited speakers and abstract presentations.

The meeting coincides with the APSA-Australian Society of Clinical and Experimental Pharmacologists and Toxicologists 2017 Joint Scientific Meeting which is being held in Brisbane from Tuesday 5 to Friday 8 December at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Delegates are encouraged to add an extra day to their leave and enjoy both meetings while in Brisbane.
