Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) will participate in the 16 Days of Activism from 25 November to 10 December 2017.
During the 16 Days of Activism, PAH will hold two Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) education sessions on Wednesday 29 November and Tuesday 5 December 2017.
Open to all Metro South Health staff, these special sessions will focus on the impact of DFV on a personal level—if DFV is affecting someone you know in the workplace, and DFV on a professional level—if DFV is affecting one of your patients.
These sessions are open to all Metro South Health employees at no cost. Bookings are essential as space is limited. Light catering wil be provided.
On Friday 8 December, staff, patients and visitors are invited to Orange the PAH as the 16 Days of Activism comes to an end and we take a united stand against domestic and family violence.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Catherine Walsh, Social Worker and PAH DFV Training Coordinator, on 3176 2610.
