Eight Mile Plains Satellite Hospital is one of seven new satellite hospitals that will support healthcare delivery in communities across South East Queensland.

Satellite hospitals will bring healthcare closer to home − providing more convenient access to healthcare for local communities without having to travel to a major hospital.

Each facility will provide healthcare services that are more appropriately delivered in the community, closer to home and in a more convenient setting. Read more at the Satellite Hospital Program website.
