Visitor restrictions at our facilities due to COVID-19

Refer to the visitor restrictions for current information and mask requirements. COVID-19 Testing: If you have any symptoms or are a close contact, you can collect a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) from Metro South Health sites.

Hospital visitor restrictions

There is no restriction for coming to hospital to receive healthcare. Visitors are currently welcome at Metro South Health facilities, and are asked to help keep patients safe by wearing a mask at all times, maintaining physical distancing where possible and practising hand hygiene.

At our hospitals, you will be asked to scan the Check-in Qld QR code using your smart phone. If you do not have a smart phone to scan the code, our staff will be able to assist you to check-in if required.
