Remuneration and superannuation

We offer competitive salary packages and incentives including:

  • up to 12.75% superannuation
  • 17.5% annual leave loading
  • allowances for eligible staff.

Learn more about leave entitlements and wage rates on the Queensland Health website.

Salary packaging

Salary packaging or salary sacrificing is when you package part of your pre-tax salary into income and benefits. You then pay for the benefits such as your mortgage or car payments out of your pre-tax income. This reduces how much income tax you pay.

We offer salary packaging to staff through RemServ and SmartSalary. You may also be eligible for Fringe Benefit Tax exemption. Find out more about salary packaging on the Queensland Health website.
