This week, Redland Hospital welcomed 41 new graduate nurses. Among the new faces is Stephanie Dawson, a graduate who completed her training at Bayside Health Service.
“I wanted a career where I could make a difference,” she said.
“When I was here on placement, I really enjoyed the environment.
“The campus has a lovely feel, and the staff are supportive.
“Now that I'm in the graduate program, I'm really looking forward to settling in, getting to know everybody, and honing my skills.
Nurse Educator Rebecca Grose and Bayside Health Service's Director of Nursing and Midwifery Nicola Ross were delighted to welcome the new graduates.
"Each of them brings renewed energy and a commitment to patient care that aligns with our values.”
