Clinical Psychologist Jessica Haratsis has been awarded the Engagement Values Award for her outstanding work on the headspace In-Reach Program.

Jess has been working as the Principal Allied Health Project Officer on the program that was implemented across Metro South Health earlier this year.

The Engagement Values Award highlighted her dedication to improving patient care and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Jess’ passion for healthcare is evident in her commitment to enhancing the patient journey.

As a Clinical Psychologist, Jessica said she found fulfillment in helping individuals work towards their personal goals and find a balance between change and stability.

“It’s incredibly rewarding to see people improve their quality of life,” she said.

To Jess, engagement meant demonstrating engagement by being genuine, valuing the strengths of others, and fostering a culture of teamwork and shared vision.

Leading the headspace In-Reach Program is something Jess is very proud of.

“I have really enjoyed leading this project and supporting my team of senior clinicians in setting up a new program and commencing service delivery.”
