Craving something warm and delicious? Logan Hospital has just turned up the heat, becoming the first hospital in Queensland to install a hot food vending machine of its type.
Now, staff, patients, and visitors can grab a steaming hot youfoodz meal - anytime, day or night.
Food Services' Sarah Hautaniemi said the vending machine was all about providing more choice and convenience, especially for those on site outside of regular meal hours.
“Sometimes, you just need a hot meal," she said.
"Whether it’s after a long shift, during a late-night hospital stay, or just because you’re in the mood for something warm and satisfying."
"Whatever the reason, we have you covered!"
With Logan Hospital turning up the heat, delicious, hot meals are now just a press of a button away.
The hot food vending machine is located on Level 2, Building 3, just outside the Adult Acute waiting area.
