Event overview

In this course, you and your family will learn about the difference between using drugs and being dependent on them, and their impact.

You’ll also learn how to identify the triggers that make someone more likely to use drugs. You'll learn the strategies and tools you can use to help manage cravings.

Our staff, which includes a clinical health professional and someone with personal experience in mental health and substance use, teaches this course.

Our classes are small, with up to 15 students in each one.
