Event overview

This course is for anyone 18+ who struggles with anxiety.

We talk about what anxiety feels like and how it can affect you. You'll also learn healthy ways to cope with difficult emotions to help you feel more in control.

Our staff, including a clinical health professional and someone with personal experience in mental health and substance use, teaches this course.

We'll share stories, watch videos, do some small activities, as well as give you some practical resources.

Our classes are small, with up to 15 students in each one.
